Education Work I have developed a broad range of innovative projects involving school and youth groups working with younger primary children through to school leavers. I develop projects through working closely with young people and encouraging them to lead where possible. Sessions are run informally with a focus on learning new skills and developing team skills and increasing individuals confidence and motivation. Working in the outdoors carrying out practical hands-on tasks can be particularly valuable and rewarding to many young people - in particular those that might struggle with more formal theory based approaches to education. |
